Skill Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the trade lifecycle F2B data lineage/data flow experience
- Solid risk and control mindset, background in an independent control function preferred
- Project Management - ability to scope, plan, and execute projects
- Ability to build maintain credible relationships
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess prioritization of various data initiatives
- Develop SME knowledge around key data governance processes and controls
- Conduct control coverage assessment, identify any control gaps, and develop remediation plans
- Track progress of the initiatives against timelines, provide status report to Senior Management and highlight risks and dependencies to meeting planned deadlines.
