Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting, along with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain project dashboards, scorecards, MIS reports, and executive presentations.

Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with project managers, leads, and stakeholders to facilitate governance and reporting activities.

Support resource management, workforce planning, demand tracking, and onboarding initiatives.

Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Analyze project data and provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.





Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, reporting requirements, and audit controls.

Facilitate status review meetings and track action items through closure.

Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, process flows, and knowledge repositories.

Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).

Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.

Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate is preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
