Role Description The IPQA – Quality Assurance professional will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, ensuring that pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include in-process quality checks, batch record review, line clearance, and monitoring adherence to established procedures.
The role involves documenting findings, initiating corrective and preventive actions, supporting investigations of deviations, and collaborating with production and quality control teams to maintain consistent product quality. The IPQA professional will also participate in internal audits, support implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), with practical experience in in-process checks and compliance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including documentation, deviation handling, CAPA, and process improvements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, such as participating in internal audits, preparing audit documentation, and following up on audit observations.
- Relevant educational background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, and familiarity with batch manufacturing records and SOPs.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Previous experience in IPQA or a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
