Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IPQA Executive / Senior IPQA Executive to ensure effective in-process quality assurance across manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with GMP, quality systems, in-process controls, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance for manufacturing and packing activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes as per approved BMR and SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks such as pH, viscosity, temperature and appearance.
- Ensure GMP, hygiene and safety compliance.
- Verify weighing, dispensing and raw material usage.
- Monitor filling, labelling, coding and packaging operations.
- Review BMR, BPR, logbooks and production documentation.




- Identify and investigate deviations and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production and QC for quality compliance.
- Support CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IPQA/QA.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality documentation.
- Experience in BMR/BPR review and in-process quality checks.
- Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.

Preferences - Male Candidate

Location - Palghar, Kolgaon, Maharastra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
