- Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process re-design, analysis and optimization
- Enterprise Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, hire-to-retire, service operations)
- AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business case build and sensitivity analysis
- Industry Data & AI: data readiness assessment for AI, data product concepts,



data analysis and AI adoption support
- Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, human-in-the-loop design
- Across all: AI Fluency (fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic), requirements definition

POSITIVE TO HAVE EXPERINCE:

- AI prototyping with GenAI and agent builders
- Process Mining (Celonis/Signavio/Soroco)
- RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
- Low-Code/No-Code
- SQL and Python basics
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Cloud data platform exposure
- Prior consulting experience or deep process expertise or in-industry operating experience
