- Media processes/sub-capabilities and their data, such as customer acquisition and care, content lifecycle and monetization, advertising, subscription management, autonomous networks, network/service operations, field operations, digital channels, NextGen/Cloud Native BSS.
- Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process re-design, analysis and optimization (e.g. O2A, O2C, R2R, service operations).
- Communications &
- Media Function Transformation:



Functional process knowledge in areas such as customer care, B2B sales and marketing, digital channels, content operations, advertising operations, service/network operations, field operations, or shared/enterprise functions
- AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business case build and sensitivity analysis
- Communications &
- Media Data &
- AI: Data readiness assessment for AI, data product concepts and analysis across customer, network/service, content, audience and advertising data, plus AI adoption support.
- Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, human-in-the-loop design
- Across all: AI Fluency (fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic), requirements definition
