- AI Transformation Advisory: AI use-case discovery and qualification, AI-ready process design, solution shaping, and client workshop facilitation
- High Tech Industry Process Expertise (AI-Fluent): Working knowledge of High Tech industry processes, sub-capabilities, and associated data
- Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process redesign, analysis, and optimization
- Enterprise Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge across areas such as P2P, O2C, R2R, hire-to-retire, and service operations
- AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business-case development, and sensitivity analysis
- Industry Data & AI: AI data-readiness assessments, data product concepts, data analysis,



and AI adoption support
- Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, and human-in-the-loop design
- AI Fluency: Understanding of AI, generative AI, and agentic AI fundamentals, with experience defining requirements

VALUABLE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

- AI prototyping using generative AI and agent-building platforms
- Process mining tools, such as Celonis, Signavio, or Soroco
- Robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Low-code/no-code platforms
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Exposure to cloud data platforms
- Prior consulting, deep process, or relevant industry operating experience
