YOUR ROLE

As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Data Management

- Create, update, and maintain customer master data in compliance with global standards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Analyse and correct data inconsistencies.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with business units such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide training and support to recent users on data governance tools and processes.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain documentation for data management processes and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
- Support audits and data quality initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

- Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, cash application, and credit management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment.
- Maintain master data management systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order-to-cash (O2C) operations.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the OTC process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Finance or B.Com in Commerce.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Order To Cash (OTC), Ar Billing, Bills Receivable, MDM tools like Oracle ERP system.
