Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ION Marketview Consultant role based in Bengaluru and Pune Areas. The consultant will work with internal teams and clients to implement, configure, and support ION Marketview solutions for trading and risk management environments. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering requirements, designing workflows, customizing system settings, and ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and infrastructure.

The role typically involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting configuration and operational procedures. The consultant will collaborate closely with technology and business users to optimize platform usage, support upgrades and enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of ION Marketview or similar trading platform concepts, with the ability to configure and support complex workflows.
- Robust hands-on expertise in the ION Marketview platform.
- Experience with implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of ION Marketview solutions.
- Good understanding of Fixed Income products including Bonds, Swaps, and related instruments.

- Ability to deliver changes independently within the ION ecosystem.
- Experience supporting front-office trading platforms.
- Experience in capital markets, trading, risk management, or financial technology environments, preferably with front-office or middle-office systems exposure.
- Proficiency with technical tools and concepts such as scripting, integration interfaces, APIs, or SQL for analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document solutions clearly.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in trading systems or financial technology are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and adapt to evolving project needs and client priorities.
