Role Description The Investors role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The individual will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial reports, assessing risk and return profiles, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with management to plan capital allocation and expansion initiatives.





The role also involves maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, supporting fundraising or partnership efforts, and ensuring that investment decisions align with the company’s long-term objectives and values.

Qualifications

- Strong financial analysis and investment evaluation skills, including experience with ROI, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with the ability to understand industry-specific opportunities and risks.
- Capability in strategic planning and business growth initiatives, including capital allocation and long-term value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office in a collaborative environment in the Greater Kolkata Area.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to responsible, ethical investment practices.
- Prior experience in investment roles, private equity, corporate finance, or similar positions is preferred.
