Location: Kalina, Mumbai (WFO)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (2nd, 3rd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Travel: Within Mumbai & outside as required

Salary: Based on experience, skills & qualification

About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager who can build strong relationships with investors, present financial opportunities confidently, and ensure smooth coordination across all investor touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, onboard and manage relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices,



and other investor groups

· Present investment opportunities clearly and handle investor queries

· Maintain a strong pipeline of new potential investors

· Follow up with existing investors for updates and new opportunities

· Prepare professional presentations, reports and communication material

· Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and servicing

· Attend meetings and represent the company in investor interactions

Skills & Competencies Required

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Investor Relations / Wealth Management

· Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA in Finance, Management, Marketing, or related fields

· Strong relationship-building and networking abilities

· Should have positive connects with Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, HNI Net worth Individuals.

· Basic understanding of financial concepts (financial analysis preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to create clear, professional presentations

· Proactive, structured and confident approach

· Preferably from Family offices or Debt AIF background
