Role Description The Investor Relations Associate is a full time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this position, the associate will support communication between the firm and current or prospective investors, preparing investor materials, presentations, and updates on fund performance and strategy.

The role involves analyzing financial data and investment portfolios, assisting with due diligence requests, and contributing to reports, market commentaries, and investor FAQs. The associate will coordinate investor meetings and roadshows, maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems,



and collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also includes monitoring market and industry developments relevant to the firm’s strategies and proactively addressing investor queries in a clear, skilled manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including experience managing investor communications and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess investment performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare clear reports, presentations, and investor updates.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investments and an understanding of Private Equity, capital markets, and financial products.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA Level I, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and presentation tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic investment advisory setting.
