Cequire Capital is a proprietary digital asset investment and trading firm focused on identifying and investing in promising blockchain and Web3 projects.

We are looking for an Investment Researcher with strong knowledge of crypto markets, token projects, and Web3 ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting detailed project analysis, preparing investment research, and supporting business development and deal sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Research

- Research and identify promising crypto, blockchain, and Web3 projects for potential investment.
- Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of projects, including:

Business model and project utility

Team and founder background

Tokenomics and token supply

Market capitalization and FDV

Token unlock and vesting schedules

Investors and funding history

Product-market fit

Community and ecosystem growth

Exchange listings and liquidity

Competitor analysis

On-chain and market activity
- Identify investment risks, red flags, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare clear and structured investment research reports for internal review.
- Monitor market trends, emerging narratives, and new sectors within the crypto ecosystem.
- Track portfolio projects and provide updates on significant developments, token performance, unlocks, partnerships, and market activity.

Deal Sourcing & Business Development

- Identify and source potential investment opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Connect with founders and project teams to understand their fundraising and investment requirements.
- Build relationships with crypto founders, VCs, exchanges, launchpads, market makers, and other ecosystem participants.
- Support initial discussions related to OTC investments and strategic token opportunities.
- Collect relevant information and documentation from projects for further internal evaluation.




- Maintain and update the investment opportunity pipeline.
- Support Cequire Capital's participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, investment research, digital assets, venture capital, token projects, or related fields.
- Previous experience analysing crypto or blockchain projects for investment purposes.
- Robust understanding of:

Tokenomics

Token valuation

Market capitalization and FDV

Vesting and token unlocks

Crypto market cycles

OTC token investments

Centralized and decentralized exchanges

Liquidity and trading activity

- Ability to identify both investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with founders and project teams.
- Strong interest in continuously researching new crypto sectors, narratives, and projects.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience Candidates with previous experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Crypto investment firm
- Web3 venture capital
- Crypto exchange
- Blockchain or token project
- Market maker
- Web3 accelerator or launchpad
- Digital asset research company
- Blockchain ecosystem or foundation

Work Location The role will initially be remote for approximately 3–6 months . After the initial remote period, the selected candidate should be willing to relocate to Dubai and work in-house with the Cequire Capital team .

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in discovering and analysing new crypto projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently research a project, understand its token economics and market potential, identify key risks, prepare an investment thesis, and communicate with project founders to support Cequire Capital's investment pipeline.
