We are hiring an Investment Manager to play a core role in driving our venture and growth strategy. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strong financial/analytical rigor with genuine technical curiosity about deep tech, aerospace, and energy transition themes.

Responsibilities

- Deal Origination Build proprietary pipelines and strong founder relationships
- Due Diligence Evaluation Lead comprehensive due diligence covering market, technology, competition, unit economics, team, and regulatory factors coordinating with domain experts for deep technical areas like propulsion, battery chemistry, and satellite systems.
- Investment Evaluation Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and IC materials
- Transaction Execution Structure, negotiate, and close investments
- Portfolio Stewardship Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and governance
- Fund LP Engagement Support fundraising, LP communication, and franchise building

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

Must Have

- 610 years in VC, PE, growth equity, IB, or strategy consulting
- Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability




- Demonstrated experience evaluating or working with technology-intensive businesses; direct sector experience in aerospace, defence, energy, or advanced manufacturing is a strong plus
- Independent judgment and first principles thinking
- Ability to build trust with founders and stakeholders
- High ownership, high accountability mindset

Preferred

- BE / BTech / MTech or robust engineering + science background
- Demonstrated experience leading deals or investment workstreams
- Strong sectoral depth in technology-driven businesses

This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to help build a long-term institutional platform.
