The Investment Banking Analyst role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting transaction execution and investment decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining detailed financial models, preparing pitch books and investment memoranda, and conducting industry and company research. The analyst will assist with due diligence activities, analyze financial statements and market data, and help evaluate M&A;, financing, and strategic investment opportunities.

The role involves collaborating with senior team members, contributing to internal presentations and reporting, and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Modeling and core Finance skills for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial statements, market data, and investment scenarios.
- Candidates should possess Due Diligence experience,



including reviewing documents, identifying key risks, and supporting transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Investment Banking concepts, including M&A;, capital raising, and related deal structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases and modeling tools is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting is an advantage.
