Job Summary

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates for a Global Real Estate Investment Advisor role. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting Dubai real estate investment opportunities, handling leads, consulting with clients, conducting cold calls, and representing the company at exhibitions and investment events.

Key Responsibilities

- Present Dubai real estate investment opportunities through skilled video content.
- Create approximately 15 - 20 reels/videos per month in the in-house studio.
- Explain Dubai property projects, payment plans, developer offerings, and investment opportunities.
- Handle company-generated leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client consultations.
- Perform cold calling and qualify prospective investors.
- Schedule meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Participate in training related to the UAE real estate market, projects, sales process, and client handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good sales and client-handling skills.
- Positive, target-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, luxury sales, investment advisory, or content creation will be an added advantage.
