We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the resort’s inventory and ensure the availability, proper storage, tracking, and timely issuance of all required items. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring consumption, and coordinating with different departments to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain inventory of all resort supplies, including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, guest supplies, and general items.

- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, consumed, and available.

- Regularly conduct physical stock checks and tally inventory with records.

- Issue materials to different departments as per their requirements and maintain proper documentation.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of frequently used and essential items.

- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and discrepancies and report the same to management.

- Ensure proper storage, labelling, categorisation,



and safe handling of all inventory.

- Coordinate with purchase/vendors for receiving supplies and verify quantity and quality of materials received.

- Maintain records of inward and outward stock, purchase receipts, and departmental requisitions.

- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Hotel Management/Inventory Management will be preferred.

- Prior experience in the hotel/resort industry, specifically in the Stores/Inventory department, is required.

- Experience in handling hotel/resort inventory and coordinating with multiple operational departments.

- Valuable knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and basic MS Excel.

- Strong organisational, record-keeping, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
