Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Management role based in Hyderabad.

The Inventory

Management qualified is responsible for monitoring stock levels for fire and security products, processing incoming and outgoing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records in company systems. Daily tasks include performing regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring materials are stored and labeled correctly. The role also involves tracking usage trends, preparing inventory reports, and supporting timely availability of parts and equipment for ongoing projects and service calls. Collaboration with operations, finance,



and logistics is essential to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock records and optimize inventory levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors regarding materials and stock requirements.
- Candidates should possess Materials Management skills to oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and proper handling of fire and security equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in fire, security, or related technical industries.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
