Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Incharge to manage inventory, stock control and material movement for our manufacturing operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, stock verification, material receipt, inward/outward tracking and inventory documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and stock control activities.
- Monitor raw materials, consumables, hardware, accessories and finished goods.
- Handle material inward and outward transactions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damaged and slow-moving materials.
- Maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
- Issue materials to production based on approved material requirements.
- Track material consumption and maintain proper records.
