: Inventory Associate
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to handle article/item creation and inventory data entry in the system. The candidate will be responsible for creating new articles, updating item details, and maintaining accurate inventory master data.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new articles/items in the inventory or ERP system.
- Enter and update article details accurately in the system.
- Maintain item codes, descriptions, categories, units, and other required details.
- Check the information provided before creating articles to avoid duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Update changes in article/item information as instructed by the concerned team.
- Coordinate with Store, Purchase, and Inventory teams for required item details.
- Maintain proper records of article creation and updates.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
- Follow company procedures for inventory master data and article creation.
- Perform other basic computer and data-entry activities related to inventory as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 0–1 year of experience in data entry, inventory, retail, or office work.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to enter data accurately and quickly.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn inventory software/ERP systems.
