Run the spine of the operation: panels, inverters, mounting structures, BoS - every item accounted for, every project material-ready before the crew leaves the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time stock visibility across the warehouse and active sites
- Plan procurement against the project pipeline - no idle inventory, no project delays
- Reconcile GRNs, vendor invoices, and site issuances weekly
- Coordinate with vendors on lead times, quality issues, and replacements
- Run cycle counts and a clean monthly closing
Requirements
- 2+ years in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Comfortable with Excel pivot tables and an inventory or ERP system (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
- Solar or electrical hardware exposure is a solid plus
- Detail-obsessed - variances are personal
- Calm under deadline pressure
