About the Role

We are looking for an Inventory Control Assistant to manage and maintain accurate inventory records at our warehouse. The role involves monitoring stock movement, conducting physical stock verification, maintaining inventory documentation, and coordinating with warehouse, purchase, operations, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant inventory/warehouse experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Update inventory information accurately in ERP/software and Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage and stock arrangement.
- Support regular inventory audits and stock verification.
- Track damaged, defective, returned,



and non-moving inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports as required.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure proper SKU-wise inventory tracking and identification.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Support overall warehouse and inventory-related activities as assigned by the HOD/Manager.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock control, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience in e-commerce inventory/warehouse operations is preferred.
- Valuable English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle stock-related activities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in e-commerce inventory management, Amazon/e-commerce warehouse operations, SKU-level stock tracking, stock reconciliation, and ERP-based inventory management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
