Role Description

This internship is a paid position based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-office work and work-from-home flexibility. This isn't a coffee-and-calendars job. You'll sit close to the founder and get exposure across every function from ops & marketing to growth & finance, at the exact stage where decisions are still being made, not just executed.



Expect the scope to shift week to week as the business does.

Things you can expect to work on:

- Coordinating with vendors, couriers, and manufacturing/logistics partners
- Supporting marketplace listings
- Helping manage content calendars and site updates (Shopify)
- General founder's office ops: research support, warehousing, unit economics, hiring

Who we're looking for:

- Strong academic record, and a genuine interest in D2C
- Based in Mumbai
- English language proficiency, both verbal and written
- Sharp, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Bonus: AI adopter
