Responsibilities For HR Interns: Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing. Contact and communicate with applicants through calls and messages. Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews. Assist with onboarding and internship-related activities. Maintain candidate records and support the HR team. Coordinate with interns and help them complete assigned tasks. Support team leaders and the interview department when required. For Sales & Marketing Interns: Promote EdLernity's courses and internship programs. Reach out to potential candidates through social media and personal networks. Generate leads and assist with enrollments.



Communicate course details and opportunities to interested candidates. Support digital marketing and promotional activities.

Internship Benefits Duration: 2 months Work from home Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance after successful completion of 2 months Internship Certificate Letter of Recommendation (LOR) Opportunity for a PPO / further role based on performance Practical experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, and team coordination Eligibility Students, fresh graduates, and freshers can apply. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of social media and online communication is helpful.
