NoLimitNodes | Bengaluru / HybridNoLimitNodes is a Solana infrastructure and blockchain data platform providing RPC, Yellowstone gRPC, Shredstream, Enhanced Streams, Program Streams and historical Solana datasets to developers, traders, MEV teams and Web3 companies globally.

The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Web3 marketer to build awareness, community relationships and qualified users for NoLimitNodes.

You will own the journey:

Community → Product Discovery → Trial → Activation → Paying Customer

What you will do

- Build Web3 communities: Identify and engage Solana, DeFi, trading, MEV and developer communities across Telegram, Discord, X and other Web3 channels.
- Drive product adoption: Create campaigns that bring developers and teams to NoLimitNodes and convert them into trials and active users.
- Own Telegram growth: Help build and promote our Telegram bot for product discovery, support, trial activation and API-key distribution.
- Developer marketing: Create simple, helpful content around Solana RPC, gRPC, Shredstream, Program Streams and blockchain data use cases.




- Partnerships: Build relationships with Solana projects, developers, influencers, hackathons and ecosystem communities.
- Growth experiments: Test referral programs, community campaigns, creator partnerships and other acquisition channels.
- Measure results: Track qualified leads, trials, API activation, active users and paid conversions - not just followers and impressions.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Web3, crypto, SaaS or developer-focused marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Solana/Web3 ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Telegram, Discord and X.
- Strong community-building and relationship skills.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical products.
- Strong written communication and execution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on user acquisition and conversion.

Good to have: Solana developer-community experience, API/infrastructure marketing, Telegram bot experience, influencer/community partnerships, or experience marketing developer tools.
