We are hiring enthusiastic Graduate Freshers for a Customer Support – International Voice Process role with a leading ITES company in Airoli, Mumbai.

This is an opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in customer service and develop their communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹2.8 LPA

In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Incentives: Performance-based

Cab Facility: Available

Work Details

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs

Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls support.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers can apply.
- Candidates must be graduates from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.

Not Eligible Candidates holding the following qualifications are not eligible for this position:

B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy/Pharma, LLB, or LLM.
