We are seeking dynamic individuals for the position of International Voice Process for the UK market. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and handling communication with UK clients. This role requires a robust command of the English language and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

- Handling inbound and outbound calls for UK clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.




- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with voice process and call handling techniques is a plus.

Minimum 12th above and experience should be Internation voice /Sales

Shift-UK Shift and two rotational offs

Salary for fresher-3LPA-3.2LPA

Experience-3.5 LPA -5 LPA

Designation -Executive and senior Executive

Location-Domlur, Bangalore
