Salary: Up to ₹2.8 LPA

Take-home Salary: ₹18,000 + Up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Support (Voice) in Airoli, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.




- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate freshers can apply.
- Only candidates who passed out in 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good communication skills are required.

Not Eligible: B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB, and LLM candidates.
