Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound or outbound phone calls from international customers or clients.

- Listen to customer queries, understand issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.

- Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly tone at all times.

- Update customer information and log call details accurately into the internal database or CRM.

- Meet basic performance goals like call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication:



Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.

- Listening: Strong active listening and comprehension skills.

- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and navigating web tools.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts as per the client geography.

- Attitude: Positive, patient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
