Experience: 1 4 Years

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Minimum Experience: 1+ year in International Voice Process

1.Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US.

2.Provide qualified customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs.

3.Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively.

Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

4.Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

5.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.

6.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
