Compensation

- Freshers: 3.0 LPA
- Experienced (Minimum 6 months): 3.5LPA
- Experienced (Minimum 12 months): 4.5LPA

Eligibility

- Graduation not mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

Shift Details

- Rotational shifts.
- Two-way cab facility provided for employees residing within a 15 km radius.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer and driver support through multiple channels, including voice calls, email, and live chat.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to payments, fares, account status, app navigation, and other service-related concerns.
- Deliver prompt, qualified,



and empathetic customer service to improve rider and driver satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and follow-up actions in the company's database.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
