Salary: 3.2 – 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Night Allowance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international UK/US customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing, orders, and services.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure first-call resolution.
- Update customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
- Meet defined performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational offs.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work from office in Bengaluru.
