Role Description The International Travel S@les Agent (PPC) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The agent will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals, while ensuring accurate and timely processing of all requests. Daily tasks include managing reservation systems, providing clear information on travel options, and recommending suitable itineraries to meet customer needs and budget.

The role involves actively driving sales through persuasive communication, upselling relevant services, and meeting performance targets. The agent will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve complex issues,



maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, with the ability to manage multiple bookings accurately.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of Car Rental services and related procedures to support customers with ground transportation needs.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward defined revenue or conversion targets.
- Familiarity with GDS or other travel reservation systems, online booking platforms, and basic PPC or performance-based marketing concepts.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including flexible shifts as needed for international time zones.
- Prior experience in international travel, call center, or travel agency environments is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
