Tripojunction is looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive / Senior Travel Sales Executive with solid knowledge of Bali holiday packages and a proven ability to convert travel enquiries into bookings.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who understands Bali well, can design customised itineraries, communicate confidently with customers, follow up consistently, and close high-value international holiday bookings.

What You

ll Do

- Handle and convert Bali holiday enquiries
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences
- Create customised Bali honeymoon, couple, family and group packages
- Recommend the right hotels, villas, locations and experiences
- Build itineraries covering areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Canggu and Nusa Penida
- Prepare quotations and follow up with leads
- Negotiate and confidently close bookings
- Coordinate with operations/reservations after confirmation




- Maintain strong customer relationships from enquiry to booking
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and profitability targets

Who We're Looking For

- You should have 2–5+ years of international holiday sales experience, preferably with substantial experience selling Bali.
- You should have good destination knowledge, strong communication and sales-closing skills, and be comfortable handling customers over phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Knowledge of Bali hotels, private pool villas, sightseeing, transfers, honeymoon packages and popular experiences will be a major advantage.

Ideal Candidate

- We're particularly interested in someone who can take a qualified Bali enquiry and independently move it through:
- Enquiry → Consultation → Itinerary → Quotation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking

Your core responsibility will be selling and closing Bali holidays.
