Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused International Travel Consultant to plan, design, and book international travel itineraries for our clients, with robust destination expertise across Europe, Japan, USA, Vietnam, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, South Africa, and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable, customized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget

- Design customized international itineraries covering flights, hotels, transfers, and tours/sightseeing

- Plan and package FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) and group tours for key destinations, including local transfers (airport, intercity, inter-hotel) and curated tour experiences (city tours, day excursions, activity-based tours)

- Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, health/safety advisories, and destination-specific regulations for the focus regions

- Resolve client queries, complaints, and emergencies (including after-hours support when required)





- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling of tours, transfers, and add-on experiences

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, itineraries, and client communication in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field

- Min 2 to Max 5 years of experience in international travel packages

- Strong, demonstrable destination knowledge of Europe, Japan, USA, Vietnam, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, South Africa, and Hong Kong including popular circuits, must-see attractions, seasonal considerations, and local nuances

- Hands-on experience designing customized itineraries, tour packages, and transfer arrangements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software - Travel CRM

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience or personal travel to any of the focus destinations

- Existing network with DMCs/ground handlers in Europe, Japan, Vietnam, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, South Africa, or Hong Kong

- Experience with luxury, honeymoon, or group international travel
