We are looking for an experienced International Tour Executive with strong expertise in international tour sales, particularly South East Asia destinations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling travel enquiries, understanding client requirements, preparing customized itineraries and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international tour enquiries from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
- Understand client requirements, travel preferences and budget to recommend suitable international packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and package proposals.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed international tour bookings.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, negotiations and booking closures.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities and travel requirements.
- Maintain solid destination knowledge of South East Asia,
especially:
- Thailand
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Bali / Indonesia
- Vietnam
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors wherever required to finalize tour arrangements.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients from enquiry stage until completion of the booking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in international tour sales / tour executive / international travel sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Good destination knowledge of South East Asia is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers and package costing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Candidates with strong B2C international tour sales experience will be preferred.
