Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The International Sales

Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, manage existing accounts, and build strong relationships with global clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends,



and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The specialist will collaborate with management to support strategic initiatives and participate in international trade activities, such as online meetings and trade-related events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of International Trade practices and regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, relationship management, and basic sales reporting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in international B2B or healthcare-related sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Lucknow, manage cross-cultural interactions, and adapt to different market needs.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are beneficial.
