Job Responsibilities Insurance Sales
- Generate leads and connect with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, perks, coverage, and terms clearly.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and follow company processes.
Backend Operations
- Handle insurance documentation and customer records.
- Process policy-related forms, applications, and renewals.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Verify documents and ensure accurate data entry.
- Track policy status, payments, renewals, and pending cases.
- Maintain proper records and update internal systems/CRM.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling follow-ups.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
