This is a high-volume, high-energy, full-cycle outbound sales role for a hardcore closer who thrives on momentum. You will own the entire sales pipeline from cold outreach to closing high-ticket research access. What You’ll Do

- Hunt & Prospect: Curate, enrich, and attack high-quality lead lists daily via cold calls and social outreach, targeting self-investors, traders, and SIP users.
- Master Discovery & Closing: Qualify prospects like a pro, run high-impact value demos using real ASX success stories, and close using sharp objection-handling techniques.
- Own the Pipeline: Drive outreach sequences, crush your daily KPIs, and manage your pipeline flawlessly in our CRM to smash monthly quotas.
- Collaborate & Innovate:



Team up with our AU research and sales squads to turn fresh market trends into powerful closing hooks.
- Master the Stack: Leverage top-tier sales tech, including CRMs, power dialers, and LinkedIn automation tools, while maintaining strict compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1–3+ years of hardcore outbound sales or BPO experience with a proven closing track record (finance or tech sales is a huge plus).
- The Voice & Vibe: Fluent, commanding English with a killer phone voice. You are rejection-proof, thrive on high-volume calls, and bring infectious high energy to the floor.
- Financial Acumen: A solid grasp of investing basics (SIPs, trading, ASX, or international markets) and proficiency with CRMs/spreadsheets.
- The Mindset: A graduate who is an absolute "activity monster"—you understand that in this game, volume equals commissions .
- Schedule: Ready to crush the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST shift to perfectly align with Australian market hours.
