A strategic international business development role focused on accelerating global growth through new market development, customer acquisition and strategic account management. The position will lead international sales initiatives, strengthen relationships with key global buyers and drive profitable growth across assigned markets.

Sales & Business Growth

- Drive sustainable sales growth through both organic and inorganic business development initiatives.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire current customers across target geographies.
- Build long-term relationships with key buyers, distributors, retailers
- Develop annual business plans and sales forecasts for assigned territories and accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate business opportunities from both revenue and margin perspectives
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract negotiations, and business terms.

Customer Acquisition & Account Management

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage key accounts to maximize customer retention, revenue growth,



and profitability.
- High levels of customer satisfaction

Education

- MBA (Any).

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales.
- Experience in consumer goods, housewares, plastics, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and acquiring international customers.
