Role Overview

We are looking for an International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for international hiring, primarily supporting US/UK/global markets . The ideal candidate should have experience in international sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR/recruitment screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified international candidates.




- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely closures.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.
- Stay updated on international hiring trends and recruitment practices.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in international recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for US/UK or other international markets preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and supporting international time zones.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred

- Experience in US healthcare, healthcare staffing, wellness, IT, or corporate recruitment .
- Experience handling US candidates and hiring managers .
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
