Process Associate Job Posting Process and manage files accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.

Review, update, and maintain detailed process-related documentation and records.

Handle project-and provide support to clients as per defined processes.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while processing sensitive information.

Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels with team members and clients.

Monitor progress and ensure all activities are completed within defined timelines.

Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with consistency and efficiency.

Utilize MS Office tools and internal systems for case management and reporting.

Adhere to productivity, quality, and turnaround time .

Work effectively in a fast-paced,



process-driven environment and contribute to team goals.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

02 years of experience in International process, Back Office Operations, Customer Support, Data Processing, or related domains.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US Process).

Immediate joiners preferred.
