Role Description The International Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainee will rotate across key business functions such as sales, finance, marketing, customer service, and operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of Lactonova’s international business processes. Daily responsibilities include supporting market analysis, assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, and participating in customer interactions with healthcare practitioners and distribution partners.

The role also involves preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and contributing to projects that support international expansion and strategic partnerships. The trainee will work closely with senior leaders and mentors to develop management capabilities and prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for market research, performance tracking, and business decision support.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and spoken English and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
- Customer service skills to build relationships with healthcare practitioners, distributors, and internal teams.
- Sales skills to assist in business development, account management, and promotion of Lactonova’s product portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Interest in healthcare, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical industries and willingness to learn about scientific and regulatory aspects.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, collaborate in a multicultural environment, and adapt to international business contexts.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and basic business software.
- Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and readiness to take on responsibility in a fast-growing company.
