Study Abroad Counsellor – Sales

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate who will be responsible for engaging with Indian nurses, guiding them regarding overseas job opportunities in Germany and working professionals who will help candidates interested in building a career in Japan through the caregiving program, and promoting our German language training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.
- Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
- Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales,



counselling, EdTech, or overseas education preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-management skills with a student-first approach.
- Good research and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple students and applications simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL, GRE/GMAT and overseas university admissions will be an advantage.

Job Details

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
