Job Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Process: E-commerce Customer Support

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: 3.2 – 5 LPA + Incentives

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Job Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Voice Process. You will assist global customers with queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account support.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Verify customer and order details accurately.
- Create and update customer tickets in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams when required.
- Maintain high standards of CSAT, Quality, AHT, and Productivity.

Eligibility
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
