We are hiring Graduate Freshers for a leading ITES company for an International Voice Process.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Customer Service Executive

Process: International Voice Process

Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Salary: ₹2.8 LPA

Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Week-Offs: 2 Rotational Week-Offs

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Cabs: Available

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate Freshers can apply
- 2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates only
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates should be comfortable with an International Voice Process

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.
- Provide timely,



accurate and qualified resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver quality customer service while following process standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

NOT ELIGIBLE Candidates with the following qualifications are not eligible:
- B.Tech./B.E.
- M.Tech.
- Diploma
- Pharmacy/Pharma
- LLB
- LLM
