Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting customers in the US market.

The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving product- and service-related queries, and identifying opportunities to recommend relevant products or upgrades. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, robust customer-handling abilities, and a customer-focused approach with an interest in sales and upselling.

Candidates with prior experience in International Voice, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Upselling are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with product, subscription, account, and technical-related queries.
- Identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Recommend relevant products, services, upgrades, or subscription plans based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve defined sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies,



compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Support.
- Experience in International Voice, Sales, Upselling, or Technical Support is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with US customers and understanding international accents.
- Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work US / rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.

Cab Facility
