We are hiring International Chat Support Executives for our Gurgaon location. Freshers and candidates with relevant international customer support experience can apply.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer chats: Communicate with international customers through chat and understand their questions or problems.
- Resolve customer queries: Provide correct information and solutions according to company policies and processes.
- Good written communication: Respond to customers professionally with transparent and grammatically correct English.
- Customer satisfaction: Make sure customers receive a helpful and positive support experience.
- Handle multiple chats: Manage more than one customer conversation when required while maintaining response quality.
- Follow company process: Use the provided guidelines, scripts, tools, and procedures while assisting customers.
- Escalate issues: Forward complicated or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate senior/team.
- Maintain records: Properly update customer information and details after handling chats.
- Meet targets: Achieve daily/monthly targets related to response time, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work in shifts: Be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on the process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers can apply graduates and eligible undergraduates are welcome.
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate from any recognized stream.
- Experience:



Freshers as well as candidates with international BPO/chat/customer support experience can apply.
- English communication: Positive written English is important because the role involves chatting with international customers.
- Typing skills: Candidates should have decent typing speed and accuracy.
- Computer skills: Basic knowledge of computers, email, internet, and MS Office is preferred.
- Shift flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
- Customer-handling skills: Should be polite, patient, professional, and able to understand customer problems.
- Location: Candidates who can work from the Gurgaon/Gurugram office should apply.
