We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team for an International Chat Process supporting a leading E-commerce platform.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Pune

Process: International Chat/Email

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international Chat/Email/Voice.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues

Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice/Chat Process.
- Customer handling skills and a positive attitude

Salary & Advantages:

CTC: Up to 35,000

Both sides Cab facility available

Rotational shifts - 24 X 7

5.5 days working
