Job Responsibilities :-

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.

Communicate with international customers professionally and confidently.

Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain proper communication and follow company processes and guidelines.

Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility:-

HSC freshers** can apply with Good communication skills

Graduates and candidates with relevant customer service/BPO experience are welcome.

Good English communication skills are required.

Candidates should be comfortable working in UK/US rotational shifts.

Candidates willing to work from the Malad location are preferred.

Salary

HSC Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand per month**





Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹28,000 in-hand per month**

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and interview performance.
